A woman places it inside her vagina. if a man tries to rape her, his penis goes into it and waiting there is either a needle-like hooked harpoon which destroys his cock by piercing it two inches deep and when he pulls out the whole sheath sticks to his dick. it can't be pulled off without tearing the penis with it., Some have actual narrow razor blades which slice his penis into fillets. ... None of them caught on. I can just see some rapist suing his victim for castrating him.
Unfortunately, with the liberal courts of today, he might just get a large judgement against her. I can recall a case where a burglar's wife filed a lawsuit against a homeowner for shooting and killing him during the course of committing the burglery. He was just working at his job.

Correct me if I'm wrong but that case was either dismissed or the plaintiff lost. It was just that the person actually filed such a suit. But in civil cases the court has to entertain all kinds of lawsuits that are filed. This does not mean the plaintiff wins. The judge can dismiss it after a fair hearing.

But i agree about these ridiculous lawsuits. In New York about 30 years ago, a burglar sued an apartment owner because he got electrocuted on the man's window bars when he tried to break in. I think he actually won.

but on a more personal note, this is also why doctors are reluctant to do castrations when asked.

to continue with the thread, since we're on both subjects (thank you, Mac) earlier someone mentioned that doctors are more willing to do hysterectomies than castrations. I did a little research and it seems (correct me if anyone has better sources) doctors don't do hysterectomies either unless there's a medical reason. Further the common practice is -- when feasible -- to leave some of the ovarian tissue in place so the woman does not lose her sexual drive. In fact in such cases, the woman who has retained some of he tissue even goes through menopause.

I did have a suggestion for guys who want their nuts taken off: doctors will willingly perform an irreversible testicle removal if the man says he wants it for the reason of contraception.

But he won't peform the same operation if the man says he wants to be a eunuch. But I am kind of naive in these matters, so if the operation is somehow different, please feel free to jump in and tell me?

Thanks for the interesting posts on this thread too. I am learning a lot.

Now to pose another question along these lines: is a man a true eunuch if he has the operation ater completing maturity? Or am I splitting hairs? I used to think that true eunuchs were men who had been castrated well before puberty began and grew up without experiencing adulthood. If a man is cut and smoothed as an adult he is still a full adult man who has been desexed. An unmatured eunuch never experiences sexuality (right?) but a cast4rated adult man can still have sex and sexual desire. Just as a woman who has had a hysterectomy can retain her sexuality, so a man with a prostate can still get it on sexually and have an orgasm.

I am asking here, not telling.
