I got most answers from your reply to my initial message. If I get castrated I want to get everything out of that event. This can be done only once.

I agree also with other comment about pain controlling with prepared mind. To some extent I have experienced it by myself. Theoretically it should be possible to cut even a cord without anaesthetics, but I am afraid that requires too much, and I could lose control over pain.

I'm sorry to hear this! I love the sensation of a scalpel slicing into my scrotum. I'm not trying to be macho and I'm not too good at handling pain in general but being cut is the most erotic sensation I know. Of course, I am usually somewhat anaethetized by alcohol (and other things); I know from "repair sessions" that even a small amount of alcohol can have an anaesthetizing effect. And being turned on makes the pain easier to take too.

I'd certainly want to feel it when I lose my balls (I'm even getting turned on by the idea of them being abused whilst exposed) and I'd be sorry to think that this wasn't practical.
