Actually, anybody can have an extra set of ribs or just an extra one on one side or the other. Usually they are at the top of the spine in the Cervical Spine area commonly known as the neck in layman's terms.

The are on the last cervical vertebrae and can cause problems with pressure on the nerves running into the arms. Usually they are not known until someone gets an injury to the spine, usually whiplash type injuries from an automobile accident.

There have been bod-modders who have had the last rib or two surgically removed to allow them to wear tighter corsets. It is really odd that a Medical Doctor will do this before a castration. I do not see the difference, myself.

I an posting another corset pic for you. I am amazed that these people seem to actually exist and it is not unusual for corsetting to produce waistlines under 14 inches.

I really wonder why a beautiful young woman would do this to herself, but I suppose that in some cases it is not their decision.
