Sent the details in an email. Kindly let me know if you received it. I’m not trying to gatekeep; it’s just that the clinic doesn’t advertise the orchiectomy procedure on their page. However, they are nice and will communicate with you if you let them know that you are a serious inquiry.
Was your penectomy done at the same place?

It was done in another hospital by a urologist and I got the referral from the doctor that did my orchiectomy. I did have a psychological evaluation done before getting penectomized.

Hi, I'm in the Philippines (Asia-Pacific region) and had my orchiectomy done under local anesthesia. I can refer you to a doctor who can perform an orchiectomy with just informed consent. Most of their patients are transgender, but they also do the procedure for non-trans individuals.
Could that be a Doctor Joson? That is a doctor in the Philippines I have heard of, but I only have a Facebook address. Does he have a website and/or e-mail address?

Hi,
I have similar interest,am a male,66years old,am married happily, have kids, also married..my testes are now low hanging, they vare good,no concern, but low hanging feel is bad.I have to use gym suppoeter or tight underwear to hold them correctly in position.I will be happy to get castrated.Me and my wife do have sex but it's very rare now,so no concen of that, but how to tell her and get her consent is a problem. So also what my kids will say is another problem if they come to know...But castration thought is always in my mind.I personally will like to get castrated.Let's see what happens....JUst explained my views here.I have a friend Urologist who can do the castration but he requires consent letter from psychitrics...That's another concern....

Welcome, and I hope you are able to find a path that is right for you. Obviously I don't know your wife and kids

so take my advice for what it's worth, but my strong personal opinion is that your spouse is someone that you really want to talk to about this sort of major change in your life. I started my journey to my current status by telling her, and she was very surprised and still says she doesn't really understand why I wanted to be castrated but she was OK with it on the grounds that it was "My body, My choice" Because of our respective medical issues sex was already not an option, but we can and do still 'cuddle' and otherwise enjoy each others company, so you should be able to tell your wife that losing your balls does not mean you can't love her in other ways... Almost all of the members here that have been castrated and want them still have active love lives
Whether or not to tell your kids is more of an open question, it probably depends a lot on how close to them you still are, as to whether or not you feel they have a "need to know".
I did not have a lot of problem with getting the psych letters or really any of the medical stuff once I was able to convince myself to go to the Transgender center near where I live, which is what I suggest for most living in the US. However I have no idea how such things work in your country, which has a very different culture and system.
Good luck

Can you please sent me the clinic details of the doctor? I`m looking for someone with just informed consent.
