Thank you very much! I’m trying to gather as much information as possible so I can make the most informed decision about what my options are. I want to be able to go into my next meeting with the doctor with enough information to be able to ask the right questions. Your perspective is very helpful! I’m sure you’re right that I’m over thinking this. It is just that, after thinking about this for so long, it is now going to finally be a reality. I am really grateful you took the time to write a response for me!

Don't be misled, nerve preservation allows you to experience most orgasms, other than prostatic orgasm can not do, ask your doctor to fix this problem, or get another one

I had my surgery 6 months ago with nerve preservation, the orgasm intensity feels almost exactly the same if not stronger.

It's always better to go with more than less. Worst case scenario you'll remove it later.

Blackblack,

If I'm to believe what you've written in your profile, at this point you don't have the experience those of us are nullos/penectomized, have.

If you've not had a penectomy, you may wish to sit this one out, as you have no basis for which to form a real life opinion on the matter.
