I'm heading out soon to Dr Aguilar in Tijuana. Similar issues -- testicular pathologies and pain, lining up to go on TRT. I'll keep y'all updated.

I would like to know results the ONLY thing holding me back is the ability to function sexually. My partner doesn't care if I'm intact or not. Just want everything to function without pain

I have been a castrated eunuch for about 8 months I was originally on daily gel but kept forgetting to apply it so went on 3 monthly testosterone injection. I do not have the same libido as I did before my castration but I do still function when needed. Anything else I can help you with just ask.

if you want a scrotectomy go for it at the same time I couldn’t and I really regret it and hope to save up for it as soon as I can

I like both cities. I worked with a urologist in Guadalajara. He replaced my testicle implants. I stayed very close to Dr. Aguilar's office. I know where his office is in Tijuana. I just had a colonoscopy in Guadalajara. I feel very comfortable with medical care in Guadalajara.

I’m prescribed testogel, 50mg. But I have lowered my dose, as the high dose brought back a libido I didn’t like. However I do have to ramp up n advance of getting my blood drawn for my next consultation, as I want to retain the option of increasing my T, when I need to perform psysically.

The good thing about and after castration, is the ability to experiment with what you want in terms of hormones, something intact men cannot do.

I am on Aveed testosterone replacement. I get a shot every 10 weeks. My body hair has grown back, I have more energy, Iv lost some weight. After living castrated for 5 years my penis has shrunk considerably and orgasims are much different. I still get hard but it’s more like when you were 12 years old and it doesn’t really work that well.
