Before I met my husband, even as a Nullo I was on sites like Grindr, Growlr, and others. I got plenty of hookups, and actually found my husband on one of those sites. So just because it isn't specific to guys like us (destesticles, decocked, however...) doesn't mean you'd be completely locked out and left in the dark.
When on the more mainstream sites for such things, I found that if I carefully worded my profile, I'd get interest, people would start conversations with me, or me with them, and this would obviously come out in the course of that conversation. I'd typically get one of three responses:
1. They'd suddenly be politely not interested.
2. They'd be what I call a "tourist", where they'd hook up with me once, satisfy their curiosity about having sex with a nullifed man, and never be heard from again.
3. It wouldn't be a problem for them, as they just viewed me as any other male, just without a dick.
Those fitting number 3 I've found to be mostly great people, and I keep in touch with many of them now, even after I'm not available for that kind of activity. They were higher quality people, generally not only looking for sex, but more meaningful connections.
So it is possible to have social outlets on the traditional sites. You just have to be open minded about it and honest in any profiles you place on them.
