Both of my testicles have been removed today.
My day of operation was changed from March 17, to March 21.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
Hope your recovery goes smoothly and quickly

Congratulations on your successful operation to remove your nuts. If you are half as happy as I am at being castrated, you will never have any regrets at having it done.

Re: Just been cleared for bilateral Orchiectomy
First, I want to thank everyone for the warm words.
I’m home now, and on ordinary painkillers, with instructions from the doctor on how to manage etc. day to day activities during the first week.
Sutures will dissolve by themselves within two to three weeks.
Pain on a scale of ten, is around three or four, so manageable! Still feeling a bit dizzy from the heavy anesthesia yesterday.
About the operation. The original plan was to take out my testicles through the inguinal canals, but due to especially the condition of the right testicle which basically had fused itself to the scrotum wall, that had to be extracted through the scrotum, and they decided to do the same with the left one also. I was told when I was laying in the recovery.
I took a few pics today at the hospital before going home, and I have to admit, it doesn’t look good down there, yet.
The good thing about them being extracted via the scrotum, is that recovery time should be shorter?
Mentally, I feel great, and I hope this will continue.
I’m not on TRT yet, my testicles shall undergo some studies before being admitted. The TRT will when admitted hopefully, according to my doctor be administered as a depot shot.
