In my defense, I can say that I like cats that live with my relatives and friends.

I myself could never afford to have animals in my city apartment (it would not be humane towards animals).

Although I don't go to McDonald's, for some reason I always thought that real meat was part of the main portion :).

All this talk of cats made me think it was time to update my avatar with my current furry children :)

Yeah, they are my companions. The one on the right is 8 years old, and the other was a kitten when the picture was taken but is fully grown now.

I suppose everybody here has heard the story of the lady who one day hugged her cat, telling him, "I love you so much," and gave him a kiss. The kiss was magic and the cat turned back into the handsome prince he really was and told the lady, "Now aren't you sorry you had me 'fixed'?"

Dog people looking at a Russian Blue, Angora, Manx, etc. : it's a cat.

Cat people looking at German Shepherds, Beagles, Chihuahuas : it's a dog.

My taekwondo coach had a german shepherd (male).

The coach introduced me to the dog and sometimes came to visit me with him.

Sometimes I visited the coach's house. The dog always greeted me.

I can get along with my friends dogs...

Mariano de la Canal told Argentine media that he headed straight to the fast food chain after the attack left him "feeling betrayed by the animal kingdom".

Speaking to Argentine newspaper Infobae he said: "I stopped being a vegan because a dog bit me, so I got angry and said, 'I'm campaigning for the animals, and then one of them comes and bites me'. That's when I stopped being a vegan.

"The truth is that I campaigned for all that, veganism, vegetarianism, all that."

"But a dog bit me on the street and I said: 'Wow, I'm trying a lot for them and one of their pack comes and bites me!' So no, I went to McDonald's, automatically."

Being vegan myself, I have to admit that this has to be one of the dumbest reasons I've ever heard someone stop being vegan for 😄

Like that dog did it consciously and specifically to him!

Although, well, maybe it did and we'll never know 🙄
