However, I've noticed that some of my orgasms since the surgery have lasted longer than usual. I believe that one orgasm my wife gave me could be considered a multiple orgasm, or at least very prolonged.
I've tried to find research about how male orgasms are affected after an orchiectomy in a situation like mine where testosterone is still being administered, but I'm having a really difficult time finding any data, scientific or anecdotal.

- This is exactly how things were for me.
I explained it to myself like this:
1. I have never taken medication that suppresses testosterone production by my adrenal glands.
2. Due to my lack of a male mechanism for the rapid release of sexual energy.
3. Once I was fond of yoga and fantasized that this state reminded me of samadhi.
And for some reason I liked it

Are you taking cabergoline or bromocriptine? This effect is notorious with these drugs which lower/suppress prolactin. Low prolactin in men can be caused an increase in dopaminergic activity. This may well be pharmacologically induced, or it can be due to lower than normal estradiol. 17b estrodiol is made in the testicles which is lost with castration or over use of anastrozole or other meds that stop aromatization of T to E. Hope that helps or at least gives you some direction for further investigation.
No, I've not taken cabergoline or bromocriptine. Aside from the weekly testosterone injections, I haven't taken anything else to make up for the removal of the testes. Do you think I should? My surgeon and endrochrinologist haven't suggested taking anything else.

Interesting. To be clear, I've not trying to transition. Basically, I want to continue to ave orgasms as a non-eunuch male would, but I was wondering if the orchiectomy could make it easier to achieve multiple orgasms by further separating ejaculation from orgasm.

Not sure if this will help to answer your question. I had an elective orchiectomy with removal of the scrotum on April 20, 2022. Like you I have been on testosterone in the form a gel for about 10 years previous to my surgery. My testicles atrophied, so I wanted them removed and I am very pleased with the results. I continue to be able to have orgasms and no trouble with erections either. I am 75 years old and have noticed a decline in the amount of ejaculate, which I attribute to aging more than anything else. My orgasms seem to be as strong as ever although it takes a bit longer to achieve them which I also attribute to aging. Both the decline in the amount of ejaculate and the length of time it takes to achieve orgasm started well before my castration. Since it takes me longer to reach orgasm their intensity does seem to be more heightened which may be due to the additional stimulation. I love the look and feel of being smooth under my cock which makes it easier to achieve an erection though.

How often are you injecting and how much (ie 1ml of 200mg/ml of testosterone cipionate)? What was your last labs for e2/estrodiol and free/total T? It’s really common to take an aromatase inhibitor like anastrozole to lower the amount of T that is converted to E2

What I've noticed since having my genitals removed in their entirety (balls first, penis 10 years later) - I can have a lot of what I call "mini-orgasms" in that I can have 2-3 of those in an encounter and I feel fulfilled with no need to get to any sort of main event, ejaculatory, orgasm. I'm not sure if my surgery is the cause or if this is a natural consequence of aging as time goes on and now I'm in my 50's, but I'll take it as it's quite enjoyable.
When I was castrated and before I had my penis removed, I didn't really notice a difference in my libido, erectile ability, or the intensity/duration of my orgasms. This was while taking 200mg/mL of testosterone cypionate every two weeks, which I still do. Essentially after my testicles were removed then taking testosterone after, I noticed no changes to anything, other than I no longer had balls and I was irreversibly sterile. Sex was the same, ejaculation was the same, orgasm was the same. It only changed for me once my penis was removed.
I know the latter isn't where you're going, but I thought I'd provide the frame of reference for the situation I found myself in. Each guy will have their own experience with these surgeries.

I think anything that changes how your testicles work can affect your orgasms. I still have basically healthy balls but damage to the pituitary has turned them off and they do nothing but hang there waiting for some beautiful woman to cut them off. Ironically I have a very strong castration fetish and my life long fantasy has been to be castrated with no pain killer by a group of hot women wearing nothing but stockings and heels. But, now I am on testosterone injections and my balls have shrunk and it wouldn’t change me if they were gone aside from the loss of a couple of toys. But, to the point, it has been progressively more difficult to reach orgasm and taking longer since this started. I guess you could say they are more intensive, they are full body now as opposed to just shooting cum. My legs especially spasm a lot with a lot of uncontrollable movement. So, I think you are on to something.
