I do not have the possibility/willingness to be accompanied by medical services specialized in this field.

I was able to successfully complete my first phase of chemical castration in good conditions.

I believe I am able to carry out the second phase in just as good conditions.

According to my research, the best thing for me to do is to take a background treatment based on androcur in order to lower my testosterone levels accompanied by tamoxifen to limit feminization.

I am also interested in reboxetine which would give very good results for shrinking the genitals.

At the time of my chemical castration, I ordered from inhouse pharmacy. Today it is no longer possible for a delivery in France.

My biggest difficulty is finding a reliable online pharmacy that delivers to France.

If anyone could help me in this area I would be very grateful.

No idea on pharmacies, sorry... Androcur isn't legal in the US, so no experience w/ it personally. I have seen a good bit of stuff here saying it can be rough on the liver, so it is supposed to be a good idea to reduce your dose to as low as works for you (and it seems that it takes a lot less to maintain low T once you've gotten it down...) Do you have a way to get T-level tests?

You might also want to look at the possibility of alternatives to Tamoxifen. According to a paper I found that I've linked to in previous posts but don't have at hand, Tamoxifen is a "First generation" SERM, and there are at least two generations of SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators) that are newer / better than Tamoxifen for maintaining bone health w/o feminizing... Unfortunately most of the research on them has been on women dealing w/ breast cancer, so not a lot that directly applies to folks like us. (pretty much the case w/ all the drugs ) Again no personal experience, as all the SERMS reportedly have a higher risk for blood clots than estradiol, and because my paralysis already puts me at high risk for clots, my TG doc said no to them and has me on estradiol patches as the lowest risk option.

I also have no idea about what is available in France or how to get them / costs, etc...

Regarding Androcur it is actually recommended to limit the dosage to the minimum necessary.

As a general rule 50mg in the morning and 50mg in the evening for the start of treatment then go down to 25mg for maintenance.

The duration of treatment varies from person to person.

Regarding Tamoxifen, that's what I was taking at the time. I'll find out if there's a newer drug.
