Yes depression is very vicious and cruel. Sometimes it’s worst than any physical pain, and myself seeing professional help over 7 years. It is frustrating because seeing your psychiatrist can take years with clear diagnosis. Just antidepressants.. anyway, all I wanted to say the author might suffer from some traits of depression due to lack of t-level such lack of motivation and energy as well as a loss of pleasure. However this is most certainty not the case of any castrated person.

Life without out T was my goal, thats why i got myself castrated.

But thoses hot flashes, lack of energy and weight gain killed that idea for me.

Again unhelpful doctor dont understand what i was trying to accomplish,

So now i used just enough T to get by.

I wish the doctors woukd give me something that i can live without T and the problem that i have stated.

You may want to try 1mg/day of estrodiol. It has many mental and physical health benefits but you should have little feminization on 1 mg and a lot of benefits. It’s also only $4/month.

Thank you so much. Do you know if 1mg of estrofem is the same? In house pharmacy is out of stock on estrodiol but does have the 1 mg estrofem tablets.
