I’m still at 24/7 on tight panties. It feels great, being so compacted and I love not having a bulge in my skirts. While I seem smaller every day, it’s probably the same size for the last couple of weeks. One thing is for certain sure, I have zero desire to do a maintenance orgasm. I'm past the 3 week mark and I can say that it does seem to be having an effect. Both nuts have gotten slightly smaller. I would guess that there is a limit to how much shrinkage one could expect. I'll keep everyone posted!

For now I was not able to try regularly the heating process during fall as I said. But for the last twe weeks, 24/7 I tucked all the package very secure with gaff, panties and tights (a size smaller from the one I should wear)

Just came across some old records of my testicular size. Before chemical castration (which went from 2005 to 2009), the left testis was roughly measured by myself with a measuring tape at 4.3 x 2.8 x 1.3 cm (which includes the scrotal skin). [From Google, the average male testes measure around 3-5 x 2-4 x 3 cm.]

In 2019, I had an ultrasound. The left testis is measuring 2.3 x 1.7 x 1.3 cm. My right testis measures at 2.2 x 1.7 x 1.6 cm.

Long ago I tried Androcur but stopped before seeing results. Now 2023 and wonder if there are any new OTC meds or herbs that will shrink my testes and penis as much as possible. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I too have been looking for ways to shrink my testicles. Recently I started taking a couple women's vitamins, the first is Rae brand product called Rebalance, the other is Spring Valley Complete Menopause Support, and also am just starting use a progesterone cream rubbed into my groin area. I do think that I have already had some results with this combination. I did use the other two products for a few months along with Saw Palmetto but had to stop due to a surgical procedure. When I was on the combination prior to surgery I was also in chastity, at the start my testicles definitely couldn't be pulled out of the cage, however at the time I stopped they could slip back through the gap, meaning they had clearly gotten smaller.... Can't wait to see if they start shrinking again, and how much.

I might have found a way to shrink my testicles. I've been playing with elastrator for about 5 years, i put it on for up to 20 mina time on my balls and never noticed anything out of ordinary. One time i tried something different, after putting on a band i added ice and salt to a glass and topped it up with water. I gradually dipped and then held my balls on the glass for the usual 20 min. They felt very cold and numb for couple of hours after that. After about a month my balls became noticeably smaller, the weights I liked to wear started to slip off easily when previously it was impossible to pull off. Has anyone else tried this and had similar experiences ? I'm not sure if it's because of the elastrator ring or the temperature but there is definitely a decrease in size, besides that nothing else feels like out of ordinary.
