I think it is important to keep in mind that chemical and surgical castration can sometimes produce very different side effects and therefore can only be compared within limits. Rather, after the last conversation with an expert on chemical castration, I have the impression that the negative effects of chemical castration are much worse than the negative effects of surgical castration. I would be very interested to know the experience of men who have been castrated chemically first and then surgically.
