I'm really not sure what you're trying to accomplish here. It's been difficult for me to determine if your desire is to lower your libido so you're not wanting to masturbate 24/7, or if you have something else going on.
Regardless, please keep discussion of sites (alive or dead) which are used to seek so-called cutters out of public messages here. There are at least two doctors that are known to help folks who desire to part ways with their testicles, almost on demand. Dr. Arnkoff in Detroit and Dr. Aguilar in Gualdalajara, Mexico.
Personally? I recommend you get your passport ready and go to the latter.

Thanks for the recommendations, My issue is a pretty severe fetish, I love my sex drive and I actually love having balls but, unfortunately, my #1 sexual turn-on is weirdly castration and whenever Im horny I have an intense urge to have them destroyed. yes I know how it sounds, and yes I feel like I'm cursed.. and reasoning I have been considering castration is to get the monkey off my back BUT I still want to be able to beat off.

Castration is for only select few people.. You gain weight.. Try 75 pounds for me. Legs and muscle ache. Teeth are a problem with no T. You have no desire for love, sex or even relationships.. Castration may not at all be what you want.. Think several times over before you sense to move forward.
