Thank you very much for these explanations. Now I know I was wrong ...
If I understood everything correctly, pure water injection in balls is potentially a good alternative to alcohol injections for castration ...
I know there are many pages on the subject but I have read here some declarations and their contrary !
Can someone tell me in detail what would be the consequences of injection of 0,9% NaCl in my testicles ?

You answered your question by yourself. If you don't want to be castrated, simply DON'T push any things like needles etc. into your balls, nor do inject anything into them.
