Looking for advice on how to effect penis size and ability to get hard not looking for any feminisation but is acceptable if it leads to decrease in size
In 2005, I started off with the exact same objectives - genital reduction, inability to get hard, and minimal feminization. I documented the journey in my prior username HKEUNUCH.
I started with Androcur and Tamoxifen, on and off until 2009, when I stopped due to bad side effects of low testosterone. (While I documented those as well, everyone's mileage is different and therefore I won't dwell in them.)
However, the chemical castration is permanent. For many years, I went without any hormone replacement, and I had no sex drive. I might wish release once every 3 to 4 months. And I learned to reach climax without ever getting hard.
As for the size, I lost more than an inch soft, now the originally circumcised penis hide behind a tight foreskin from the shaft. My testicles shrank more than half (with CT scans as proof.)
I do have some visible feminization, but quite manageable.
While I am very happy with the results, there are numerous health issues as a result. First of all, I developed osteopenia, and my low testosterone caused anemia, fatigue, weight gain and depression. At this time, I am taking testosterone replacement, a minimum dose to keep these health issues at bay. Sex drive does return. Hard-ons are still difficult, and usually, I still ejaculate clear cum from a mostly soft, slightly engorged penis.
In short, the thoughts of getting a shriveled soft penis may result in many other permanent health conditions. Just be prepared for them in considering whether to proceed.
