As boys and young teens, we all liked playing sack tap games of trying to bust each other in the balls. The guy who got hit in his balls got to grab his crotch in pain and show everyone how much of a man he was to grow big enough balls to hurt. And how manly he was to recover with no grudge against the guy who hit his gonads. We d all laugh and kid each other on who protected his nads and who got hit. It allowed us to show off being males and brag to everyone about us boys growing up enough to feel pain in our growing balls.

Really great comments Paolo. I think most parents are so afraid of being accused of improper sexual contact with their own kids, especially by wives against dads in divorce cases. It makes them gun shy of anything sexual with their kids. This leaves their kids with feelings of shame and embarassment and a huge void in their body knowledge and sex education and without help with any sex organ problems.

I think non parents can step in to fill in part of this void without all of the feared baggage of incest and abuse that parents might face. And most boys and teens face that heart rending transition from being their parents and the public image of a " good boy " and the teenage transition into being a maturing sexual being and a normal man with a very high sex drive and blossuming desire to experience and enjoy sex and his very demanding male sex organs.

I really like that country music song saying, I m a real bad boy, but I m a real good man !

Young males do need a lot of help and guidance in making that necessary transition from being a " good boy " into an openly sexual healthy " good man " in front of their parents, family, and all too often an anti male and anti sexual community.

I agree with Losethem in how great it is to see a dr who does NOT pressure males into getting circumcised at the first sign of any minor phimosis tightness, discomfort, or foreskin infection.

I didn't know about circumcision at that age. The problem with talking about genital mods with boys that young is that it leads to all sorts of questions. If the penis can be trimmed why not the balls?

Yes, when us boys first learned that part of our penises had been cut off as infants, our first question was shock that our parents would ever let anyone cut off part of our dicks ? Why would our parents ever allow that ? And it must have hurt us really bad to get cut like that ? Why do it ?

The rare and awkward answers that we got as kids were only that it is easier to keep our dicks clean if they got cut. That made no sense at all to us boys ! No one gets their ears, eyelids, finger nails, toe nails, balls, or hair all cut off to make them easier to keep clean !

So it did lead to lots of unanswered questions and us boys felt like our parents had inexplicably acted really bad to let some dr very painfully cut off two very important parts of our penises, our frenulums and foreskins . We lost trust in our parents judgement and their love for us that they let someone cut off part of our prized male penises for no good reason or benefit to us !

We all wondered what we lost and how it would have felt to have what was cut off back on our penises ? What would our uncut penises have looked like and felt like during sex ! How would those parts work for us during puberty and as grown men ? What sex pleasures did we lose ?

One Marine buddy in our early 20s said, At least we can be thankful that we can t remember how bad it hurt us getting circumcised as infants !

As farm and ranch boys we already knew about castrating livestock for selective breeding of the best males. And how all of the less desirable males, the vast majority of males, all got castrated to prevent them from breeding. We knew men did not get treated like livestock. So we had no worries of getting castrated. But we did joke around about getting cut to steers and cutting each other by force when talking among ourselves alot. After puberty hit us, castrating livestock took on completely different significance to us. By suddenly feeling and knowing what those males were losing after we started experiencing first hand how powerful our balls were in changing our bodies, sex organs, minds, desires, and sky rocketing our sex drives.

I grew up in the US at a time when circumcision was almost universal. It was also a time when boy nudity wasn't the hot button topic that it is today. Consequently I saw a lots of naked boys my age while swimming, at summer camp and at family nudist venues. During all that time I saw only a handful of uncut boys, maybe just one boy out of every 20 or 30. I though uncut boys were strange and unnatural. It was like a birth defect and I felt sort of sorry for them.

At age 12 when I discovered that I'd been operated on and thus had genital modifications I was pretty surprised. But here's the thing that surprised me the most. The practice of boy circumcision was so widespread that it was virtually unquestioned. I wondered which person or organization had decided that almost every boy in the country would be cut. How many people were in on it and why?

The answer is simple: was Kellog. You can find a lot of stuff about him. But we don't follow strictly his instruction, he ordered to perform circumcision not before the first spontaneous handjob, without any painkiller
