My wife sort of brought up the subject of penectomy

Other than psychological reasons, I have yet to hear of a viable reason to have the surgery.

Yeah, I have no dysmorphia or psychological issues with my penis, so it's little more than an intriguing thought. I will say I have a follower on my personal blog who had a partial penectomy and I found the photos of his erect penis stump to be very arousing. But the only way I would go through with any such modification would be to satisfy the woman I love.
