Yes, it does depend which method the lab uses and they will issue their own reference ranges based on the process they used. However, something in the ranges you show would be considered about normal.
I've done 3 6 month chem cast trials many years ago using Depo Provera injections every 4-5 weeks. Sounds like you've done your research but watch for any side effects as everyone is different. Since I'm nullified now, I am also castrated and have just started to let my T levels drop to see how I do with that. Good luck with your regimen and enjoy the changes. Keep in mind, any body changes will be more slight and take quite awhile.
thank you for sharing your experience

Im so happy that this morning i woke up with pee pee soft. its my first time since i start the castration.
I try to jerk off and finally get less than 1 ml translucent liquid.
I will keep trying
I do feel tired now. But I can get enough relex and coffee.
Meanwhile . I m on a diet. the speed of weight reduction is slow down.
I lost 0.3 kg in recent days.

3 days to significantly reduce his ejaculate volume, go impotent, and have the lethargy associated with chemical castration?
He's done a good job reading up on the effects of chemical castration, but is doing a very poor job of being truthful about what he's up to, because it doesn't happen that quickly.

It does seem a fast reaction. I have tried several different doses to try and find a way around side effects, and have felt effects literally within minutes. Those haven't been instant flaccidity, but have included testicular pain. Perhaps he just got a "good batch."

It might because this night before sleep I jerked off one time, it maybe the reason. I have a habit, before fall a sleep, need to release seeds. otherwise can't fall asleep

mean time I'm doing exercise in medium-high level, everyday,, meanwhile on a diet, reduce carbon-hydro
food at minimum quantities, with high protein and absolutely without fat(olistat)
maybe it is also the cause of the tiredness?

OK, I'm going to rinse you...
You're trying to convince a man who has had his testicles removed, and is a former nurse, that you've done something that is at best implausible. While you could potentially start lowering the production of testosterone in that amount of time, you would not eliminate it from your body so quickly as to have the symptoms you describe within 3 days of starting your medication. The steady-state level of the drugs you are using for chemical castration starts at 4 weeks of steady usage, and the other at 2 weeks. You stated you're 3 DAYS into the process. You're not going to drop your levels to castrate levels, which are what is needed to get the symptoms you've described, as fast as you're claiming. This is even proven in the text of your initial message about the drugs you say you're using.
I think you've done an excellent cut and paste job from the drug labels you looked up. I doubt you understand what those labels explain to people trained to read them, as I have been. And I FOUND those labels and read them.
No man on this site who has undergone chemical castration has ever reported this quick of a result.
You sir, at best, are experiencing a placebo effect at this point if you're actually doing this. Your experience is so different from those who are on here and have gone before you that I cannot at this time, believe you.

I've seen fantasists on this site before; when I was looking into DP ten years ago there was a guy on here saying his penis retracted inside his body in 24 hours after the first injection. I didn't believe him at the time and my experience was that there was no noticeable decline in libido in that time and very little shrinkage during the whole time I was on the drug. It did work, and its effect was very welcome, but it doesn't do that. At all.
We need to ban lying fantasists from the forum.
