As far as MtF erections go, I believe it’s a shot/capsule/cream of testosterone during the week of their scheduled shoot. I’m not 100% certain about that, but I believe that came up during a discussion of it once. As far as sexy shemales go, check out Daisy Taylor.

Actually castration has no direct effect on erections. It simply affects the desire to have one in many men. I get the same level of erections I had before castration (partial due to ED) but not nearly as often and very rarely spontaneous. Once in a blue moon I'll wake up with my partial. However, with enough stimulation I can generally get hard enough for a wank but without the pump and constriction band penetration is virtually impossible. Estrogen killed my modest libido in the first few months back when I did a trial run, but it returned once my body adjusted. Since restarting estradiol I've noticed no change in desire.

So you put your ed down to smoking, not castration? I know my desire for sex, and thus an erection seems to be more a mental thing.

Yes, arteriosclerosis due primarily to smoking but I’m sure also to diet. At least that’s what the medicos say. It started long before I was castrated. Gainswave treatment has helped but I only completed half the recommended course. Castration does not affect ones physical ability to get hard.
