I have to say my personal experience seems to differ from part of what TopManFL said.

Referring to When I was young and horny, I practiced edging frequently and loved the ejaculations without orgasm, so that I can go on for hours.

Over 15 years ago, when I was going through chemical castration, especially during the beginning taking high levels of Androcur, I experienced dry orgasms. I loved the experience. Maybe, I was so excited to see the dry orgasms as an indication that the castration is taking effect, I did not miss the feel of ejaculation. Unfortunately, dry orgasms did not last very long. My orgasms remained very satisfactory and I oozed clear cum. My understanding is that the semen as well as secretion from the testicles is what make the cum white and thick. For what I can gather, like myself, most eunuchs produce clear, thin ejaculate that flowed out rather than shot out. Evidently, castration not only stopped testicles from producing sperm and testosterone, but the loss of testosterone stopped many other bodily functions, such as the muscular actions to shoot out the ejaculate.

Now, as a permanently castrated man by chemical castration, and stopped taking Androcur for 10 years already, I only ooze clear fluids. But I still have enjoyable and satisfying orgasms.

One day my doctor prescribed me medication for benign prostatic hypertrophy, which had the effect of giving me orgasms without ejaculation.

I didn't like it at all, I've always associated orgasm with ejaculation.

I understand what you mean when you talk about orgasm without ejaculation or ejaculation without orgasm, but I admit that I have never really been in control.

The best I managed to do was that I held back my orgasm so much that I had no orgasm or ejaculation and a lot of frustration.
