I'm now on .5 mg estradiol patch changed weekly the doctor wanted me to go to the. 375 patch bi weekly but my insurance wouldn't cover it. I've been on the new dose and I'm feeling better and no longer have hot flashes and my mood is getting better.

Good to hear. I'm liking being on E also. I consider it one of the best things I've ever done for myself.
