UC Berkeley is part of the State University system in California. Once you establish residence in California, you'd qualify for in-state tuition. I think it only takes one year to establish residence.

Yes, there are non-stop flights from HNL to SFO. Maybe even from HNL to SJC. Kona (Kapalua West Maui) also has non stops to SFO at certain times of the year and so did Kaui (LIH). However, with COVID it might only be HNL to SFO for now.

I used to be a travel agent a million years ago. Nevertheless, you can hop an interisland flight if you need to to get to HNL. Just avoid the wiki wiki bus - walking to your mainland terminal is much better.

Umm... No it's not. Unlike in Florida, where UF and FSU are part of the same system, in California UC's are one system, and CSU's (and SU's, like SFSU or SDSU) are part of a different system. (Leland J.) Stanford University is private, it's namesake is the son, not the more well-known father who was active in California politics in the 1800's.

I'm not sure what TwinkEmoBoy is trying to accomplish, but I'm a bit concerned about his stated goal inside his profile. He wants to be nulled without a "pee hole", which will leave me saying how does he intend to void urine? There are two possibilities, asuprapubic catheter (the one that is inserted through the abdomen and not up the urethra), or he would have to have his urethra rerouted into his colon, which is a horrifically bad idea and no surgeon is likely to do on a voluntary basis for any reason. It's an option of last resort when there are no other options available. The urinary system is sterile, the digestive system (the colon is part of) is most definitely not sterile, and having the urethra routed to that location will result in a lifetime of likely urinary tract infections.

Of course at this point, I'll let him clarify that point. I'm supportive of desires, so long as they are realistically achievable. Since we all have to void urine, I'm not sure that goal is.

As for shrinking then going nullo. I'm sure this is a journey, but I agree with T Van Keel, why not go for the ultimate goal to begin with? No judgement, just curious.

I don't want to talk you into nullification, this step must be considered very carefully. Nevertheless, I think that your intermediate goal bears some risks. Making the penis smaller may result in a deformation of the penis, as you don't know what will happen to the erectile tissue when cutted in half. It may also be that getting erect isn't possible any more. There's probably little to zero experience in this kind of surgery and the possible results. And the balls can't be made smaller. It may cause discomfort if the scrotum is reduced and the adult balls are pressed permanently into a boy's scrotum.

But nullification is getting slowly some kind of common procedure with growing experience in the surgeons. I just want to advise you to think really careful about what you want and if the idea of size reduction is really a good idea. I simply doubt that turning your genitals into little boy's size will be possible with a good result.

Penile reduction for "cosmetic" purposes was done in Europe about a year and a half ago and reported in the medical literature. You can find it online; there is even a video of the procedure online. Went fine and the result was very satisfactory. There are surgeons in the US willing to do it, mostly transgender clinics. I know because I have had a consultation myself.
