Any advice/pointers would be greatly appreciated.

It will reduce flaccid state by about 1/3 to 1/2. Erect state it does not reduce the size. It will somewhat retard the ability to ejaculate. What the long term effects are I don't yet know. I did 1,000 mg per day for 8 weeks, taken at bedtime.

Thanks for the info- 1,000 mg/day sounds high- I’d be concerned about potential liver damage. Did you find the effects of your 8 week trial to be permanent?

Like I said, what the long term effects are, I don't know yet.

My original info was from published medical studies that stated prescribed amounts up to 1600mg. My original experiments on myself were for 1000mg. I’ve since settled on a irregular dose of 800mg, split twice a day at 400mg each, Am/Pm. I believe the minimum dose to achieve these results was published at 800mg, and that’s what I’m taking now.

Continued interesting research by the admin over at breastnexum, a natural beast enlargement site, shows that Cimetidine also inhibits Somatostatin, which inhibits growth hormone and prolactin, ie; enemy of breast growth.

I’ve since moved from herbal phytoestrogens and anti-androgens, to pharmaceutical hrt. Herbals “do work”, but pharma is more better.

Good day, I have following this blog on using Cimetidine. I have absolutely no luck with Dr's with my request for libeto reduction and eventually complete size reduction of my boy parts. I found OTC Cimetidine and have been taking 1000mg for about 10 days. I have noticed a drop in libido which is great.

I have had issues with erections over the last five years or so and I want them forever gone. I seem to be seeing a reduction in flaccid size but having indications of nocturnal erections. I had been Jo almost everyday, but over the last 10 days maybe 3 times with a significant reduction in output.

I'm curious about the long-term effects of Cimetidine. I want even smaller results and no erections. Willl i need the 1000mg daily forever, will my body just reach a stopping point, and if i quit taking the Cimetidine, will everything return the way it was or will any reductions stay in place? And if taken long enough, will the Cimetidine shut down testosterone production altogether? Thanks for any help!

Regarding maximum dosage of cimetidine, this is what I found on a medical advice website: When taking cimetidine over-the-counter, do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 400 mg. The maximum daily dose of prescription cimetidine in most patients is 1200 mg.; 1600 mg. for gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD); and 2400 mg. for severe excessive secretory disorders (like Zollinger-Ellison disease). Cimetidine should not be taken for more than two weeks without your doctor's approval.

I agree on long term daily use. My uses with this are a 60 count bottle, take a break .....

I’m just over a week now at 1,000mg a day a things have definitely gotten smaller down below. Since it’s such a powerful AA, combined with my daily HRT regimen, with the newly addition of MSM/D3 to my routine, myboobs have ballooned-up this week. I’m quite impressed.
