I'm afraid most of that went right over my head. However I suppose I could just see about buying a used Mac and connecting to a free.Wi Fi. That shouldn't be too difficult.

You are half way there. Hop on the net and down load a "TOR". TOR (The Onion Router) hides your identity and location on the web. If you go prowling on the Dark Web, there are sites that won't allow access unless you are running a TOR. I hope this helps. GL!
