How many posts do you need to be able to use the email function?

No place to show them off yet. I like feeling them. It does help me to grab them and feel that I have nice balls.

Sometimes, I try to flex my balls. That is not possible anymore.

Even with the implants, there is a clean nice feeling down there with my testicles gone. No pain from sitting the wrong way. I am getting comfortable that I am neutered.

Especially since they were not working, and I got nice balls, it was worth doing.

How long did your healing take to be pain free and back to your full usual activities ?

Since you kind of ended up unexpectedly castrated, how has your adjustment been to that change ? It sounds like you are really pleased with your outcome and transition ?

Did you have any spermatic cords left in your scrotum or did the dr remove your cords way up above your scrotum ? I m guessing he sewed the tabs on the artificial testicles onto your scrotum to keep them sewn into place and not free floating like your original balls ?

It takes about three weeks before it was OK to do weight lifting. I did feel my tied off cords at first. Now, they are gone.

I never really thought a doctor would suggest removing mine without doing all sorts of tests. Right then, I knew that I was going to be castrated when he started recommending it.

Mine are saline-filled. I would have preferred the soft solid silicone ones. They feel a little more real. 90% of the time, the scrotum is not completely loose. Mine feel real. Insurance paid for more than half the procedure. If the scrotum is soft, in the bathtub, I can feel the top and the bottom is firm. These are the only ones that are FDA approved, and insurance will not pay for the others. Some doctors do use others. When I grab my balls, they feel good. Mine can be adjusted to make them soft or hard.

The doctor does a cut on each side of the scrotum and pushes the testicle out for removal. When he is ready to add the implants, he pushes his finger on the bottom of the scrotum and guides a certain spot to the incision. He does a stitch to the spot he picks and ties it to the implant. Then, he pushes the implant inside.

The adjustment is in my head. My balls feel good. I know that I am neutered. I am doing well with accepting that.

I am on TRT, and it's still a big turn on that my good looking doctor castrated me. I know he enjoyed it since I was a voluntary patient in good shape. He was happy that I followed his advice.

He is now my TRT doctor, and there is a little bit of a special bond. He knows I am discrete. Most doctors would not have helped me the way he did. I feel a connection since I let him castrate me. We have regular appointments. I get to show him how my scrotum is doing.

This does sound like the ideal meeting of a willing dr and a willing patient who both agreed to the perfect solution for you. Judging from your photo, you look like a true muscleman and exceptionally well masculinized on TRT ! It must be working great in your body. Some men s bodies won t use the TRT fully and some men cant get TRT to work at all in their body. You look like one of the lucky men whose body thrives on TRT.

I m guessing that was a big part of your dr feeling comfortable in suggesting castration to you. And you took his idea with a surprisingly open mind and willingness to follow his advice without lots of fear or problems. The dr and his assistant probably both viewed you as a perfect man to be castrated without great fear or sadness. You are/ were ideal in many ways. A good and fully mature age, no fertility needed, done with baby making desires, in perfect physical health, willing, informed, already successfully on TRT, and not embarassed or unmanned by the dr s advice or by castration. You are probably one of their most ideal patients ever for this surgery.

And all of you are pleased with the outcome. Being eager, cooperative, confident, and unembarassed for the surgery and in your healing and follow up visits makes you an ideal patient for your dr. He must have known that you would handle all of this really well when he first suggested castration to you. This probably gave you far better results and with less pain than enhancements would have ?

Its too bad more drs don t think like your dr does, and provide castration for men where it makes sense, like in your situation. Most drs are not reluctant to do hysterectomies on women who will benefit from them. Men should be routinely offered beneficial castrations by drs. Your dr has the right attitude and ideas.

So far testicle transplants are rare and not perfected for men s common use. Drs wrongly think artificial T gets rid of any need for testicle transplants.

Your big pair would be in high demand !

This turned out to be the right solution for me.

www.restoremedcenter.com (Miami) will add implants with existing testicles. There was not enough room in my case. I think the doctor at Restore would have also suggested removing mine. They will not put them in if it will be too tight. I did talk with the doctor over the phone. We did not discuss castration. He does it often for transgender patients.

A couple of times now, I have thanked my doctor for suggesting that mine be removed. They were not working anymore, and it's more comfortable for me with them gone.

I did freak out a couple of times before the procedure, wondering if I was doing the right thing. I would hold my homemade models in my hand. I knew I wanted nice balls. It was best for me to book it quickly and not think too much about it. I already knew my balls were worthless. That made the decision easy.

I don't think my doctor would be willing to remove healthy balls. He does this at an outpatient surgery center. People fly in to see him because he is well known for other urology and fertility issues. However, castrating a willing patient (in my situation) and adding implants was probably enjoyable and satisfying.
