I can see Rog showing up at the beach wearing that white speedo and carrying his little beach bucket with a plastic shovel.

How can they track any infection rates while refusing to even test suspected cases ? Or reopen to track a new surge ? Who are these states saving the virus tests for use with, if not their citizens ? Other states offer tests to anyone, sick or not.

Where are the decades of work from salaried emergency management works at the county, state, and federal levels ? They act like they just got hired a few days ago and never did ANY previous work planning for anything !
