You know I've been around here for a number of years now and have appreciated the input I received prior to my Orchiectomy as well as my total Penectomy.
That said; this has GOT to be the DUMBEST TROLL question ever!
Why are you guys indulging him??????
This topic has come up before, though it has been a while. As I recall it generated quite a bit of discussion, and was certainly interesting. I think it is a pretty logical question, considering the topic.

@zeebster you sound pretty bitter (and a little mean) for someone happy and adjusted to their new life. I can't apologize for asking a question that's bugged me and that I may actually write into a future story for EA.
I'll bet you have so much positive to offer the community. If my post isn't for you then why not just skip it and look for other ways to spread your good vibe? Peace brother.

I always heard it could not be done because the transplanted testicle would be rejected, as the donor sperms would be seen as foreign matter invading the body.

I always heard it could not be done because the transplanted testicle would be rejected, as the donor sperms would be seen as foreign matter invading the body.
Our immune system does this same thing with our own balls and sperm already. Since our sperm producing cells packed inside our testicles are continually producing sperm in various stages of growth and maturity inside our gonads. These sperm contain only half of our own DNA. Our immune system sees our own sperm and sperm producing cells as foreign invaders. Some females bodies can be allergic to and attack some men s sperm as well.
Men are equipped with a delicate natural barrier between our testicles and sperm storage and transport system and our immune system. I have never found any detailed explanation of this natural barrier and how it functions.
But if this barrier is damaged by injury, surgery, ball busting, or other causes, a man s own immune system might start attacking his own balls and sperm. This can result in auto immune type symptoms and lead to sterility, chronic ball pains, testicular atrophy, and even functional full castration of testicles from destruction over time by a man s own immune system.
This has been well documented in some vasectomy patients. And is why most men s vasectomies cannot be successfully reversed after varying amounts of time have passed after being sterilized, usually about 15 years for most men. Even with the vas deferens sperm carrying tubes fully reconnected and open to transport sperm from the testis again, most men will have poor sperm production and poor sperm quality after enough years of trapped sperm causing pressure blow outs inside the balls and epididymis.
These pressure blow outs attract the man s immune system to repair damage and fight any infectious invaders. The immature sperm and sperm creating cells and mature sperm can sometimes trigger an immune reaction as foreign matter. Daily sperm production continues to trigger and stimulate ongoing immune system responses that can increase over time to body wide symptoms.
A few men on here have experienced these events after vasectomies or ball busting or injuries and surgery. These cases usually result in non functioning or poorly functioning testicles over time. Some men seek vasectomy reversals at varying times after their vasectomies to correct this problem. And some men get castrated to remove the daily sperm production antagonizing their immune systems or to stop chronic ball pain.

So many healthy men s perfect castrated testicles are going to waste that other men could benefit from receiving as transplants for testosterone production alone. This is uncommon today. This technology is still developing.
But I m sure many female to male transexuals and men and boys with missing, damaged, non functioning, or unwanted castrations would be very interested in transplanting fully functioning and healthy testicles from men on this website who remove healthy testicles for various reasons.
What is not possible today might become common in the future. This has already happened countless times in history, especially in medical technology.
