If you don't have much access to an endocrinologist, you might be better off just using testosterone cypionate for now. My boyfriend is trans, and he takes that once a week. Twice a week would probably be better for stability, but he can't be bothered.

So I went to the dr on Monday and had another T shot. Told the dr what had been going on and how I was feeling and he didn’t do a blood test to find out my T levels. I asked him if he was going to get my T level tested and he just said next time!

m slowly not feeling as good as I get I surge off T at the start and low at the end? So my question is, do I feel like this because I’m constantly up and down or does TRT not work as well after some time?
Effects that bother my/not sure if it’s just T related?
Brain fog
Short term memory is terrible to the point I ask the same question over and over
Poor judgment
Balance is off
Head aches
Tiredness
I’m due to see my GP Monday for another round
tart to feel off around 6-8 weeks but even at the start of my T cycle I don
’t fully feel that this goes away?
I can only say from the short term effects of being low-t, which I am at now and declining more. Yes, I have suffered from those symptoms minus the headaches and tiredness; maybe because I am drinking lots of water all the time now. I feel like I am undergoing a personality shift once more like I did after the surgery and low-t state then. Though, coming off TRT and going through this change is much more gradual and fluctuating, which I guess is making it easier to change.
