I do hope that I can have the full SRS, but I worry about the size of what I have, if it can be turned into something useful. I have somewhere between 0.5-0.75" flaccid (and don't know how much it would be if it could get erect), so not much to work with. I do however still have a scrotum that may be of some use.

I think there are also surgeries that use pieces of intestine. Your best bet regardless is to consult a surgeon who specializes in male to female gender confirmation surgery.
