Some males never go through puberty because of hormonal problems. But it sounds like you did go through puberty with a very low testosterone output from your balls. And then your balls shrunk up more since your puberty. Your banding and nut busting probably prevented you from reaching full T levels and full masculinization and fertility at puberty. It sounds like you never had any kids and don t want any now ? Sterile semen is what you wanted ?

You re right. Most drs would offer you T teplacement if you wanted it. Sounds like you don t want more T or any sperm production now.

Yes, I think you will find men and eunuchs who have tried out just about every thing a male can try. The past forums and the non fiction articles will give you immense amounts of information from the males who have tried things in the past and how those worked out for them.

No kids, never wanted any. And definitely do not want T or more semen, I am happy about that part. If I’m getting anything it would be E.

If you add female hormones it might be possible to trigger a form of female puberty in some parts of your body, such as breasts enlarging on your chest long after male puberty is passed. That might help your sexual organs grow into more SRS helpful forms.

Definitely been feminized a bit by nature, got breasts/man boobs.

An SRS dr could examine your sex organs to determine if you have enough material to achieve the SRS that you might choose to aim for. I m guessing males have more than enough material to make an SRS because I think the testicles are never utilized in SRS. Your small penis could be more than most clits and maybe enough to make a vagina that can be stretched larger ?
