Re: Advice anyone????
Do you think that some of your local friends that you have outed to may have been in contact with the folks you haven't seen for a while.
Just a thought as they may have primed them with info on your new status so as not to put you or them in a tricky spot at a later stage.

Naw, two separate groups of friends. I basically grew up with the group I told but the couples we are going with are more recent friends we actually met on vacation about 15 years ago. We decided we'd meet up again the following year and do a bare-boat cruise together. My wife was talking over the weekend to one and laughing about our acting like hippies back then and said we may be getting too old to be running around buck naked on boat these days. The reply was.... hell girl, we ain't over the hill just yet.

Body acceptance, self and others, is a core value of the nudist community. Given the wide range of bodies that I have seen at nudist venues, including surgical scars from open heart surgery, tattoos, and piercings (including genitals festooned with them), you might get a question or two, but, in general, nudists are pretty chill. That would be my approach.

I tend to agree with catoboros. I visited a nude beach several times and can say that nudists seem to be nonjudgmental about others bodies. I wouldn’t worry. Just go without giving them a heads up and answer their questions when they see you naked. It should be an interesting topic of discussion amongst the six of you on the boat.

And endless opportunities for comedy: "What? [Looks down.] Oh shit! When did that happen?"
Generally the cringiest trans people (and I consider eunuchs to be nonbinary trans) are those who start interactions by stating their identity and seeking validation. Be chill and the world will be chill to you.

I agree if you are cool with it and just act normal everything will be great I have never had an issue and I am totally open about the fact I am castrated! I am proud of my status and don’t like talking about it if anyone asks a polite question and have never had a derogatory question!

Re: Advice anyone????
My personal experience is that other folks don't notice - no need to worry. OTOH I can understand that if you're going to be close - as on a boat - and you have no scrotum, folks are more likely to notice. You and your wife should just work on your story line if and when the question is posed by one of your friends.
Most folks just don't care once they notice you're ballless. Most say nothing. It's encouraging that even those that are totally emasculated can feel comfortable being nude and 'obvious.'

There's no easy way to tell them and there's no way to know how they'll react. I would tell them before you go nude. You just have to take a deep breath and tell them or don't go if you're too uncomfortable. They'll probably think medical, testicular cancer, etc., but you'll have to mentally and emotionally prepare yourself. There's just no easy way to do it.
