Yep, thanks for the tip. My regularly scheduled doc visit next month. We will have lots to discuss.

YouTube for kitten rescue. Especially Hope for Paws.

That was supposed to be .650mg as in (point) 650mg. Sorry about that. KEYBOARDS?

Thanks for the clarification!

I hate typos too. I try to reread my posts at least twice before I push the "send" or "post" button.

In the interest of education... The official term for less than a milligram is microgram. So you were taking 650 micrograms of what was prescribed. In nursing world, when I worked there, I had to pay very close attention to what was prescribed. I believe the most commonly prescribed medication that is in a dose of micrograms are thryroid medications. Give someone too much of it (IE 650mg instead of 650mcg) and you've given the 1000X the dose they were prescribed! Very difficult to do if the medications are metered out like in a prescription.

Well no, When I stated 650mg it was a typo error which I happily corrected. That should have read .(point)650 and when I wrote mg it was intentional as different from mcg as in I now take several 1.25mg of this pill on a daily basis. As it is stated on the bottle that is 1 point 25 mg or milligram https://imgur.com/a/TEiTX3G

In the interest in education when we make an error on a keyboard and it is brought to our attention it's really cool so such errors can be corrected and I thank you for the kind act. So we would write .650mg or 650mcg. You are absolutely correct.

It really is a po-tay-to/po-tah-to thing, isn't it? LOL

I always called my nursing license my license to kill. Because all you have to do is mess up once and, well, some unfortunate soul could die.
