Don't give up, this is common. Find a different urologist, I struck out with multiple urologists, but eventually found a female urologist who was willing to help me. Female urologists often have a different perspective, not always, some have joined the "male urologist" club, but others are more open minded. Persistence almost always pays off, don't give up, it's a journey, persevere, push forward. Not every urologist thinks the same way. Good luck to you. Hash
