Thanks Jessica, one issue I deal with is motivation to exercise. And honestly the better I feel the less I am bothered by my sexual urge but after a while I find my mind stuck on sexual and sensual thoughts that often consume my life. I want to try lupron when I am in the best shape I can be in so I get a really good sense of what it may or may not do for me. Some here have cautioned about desires of feminization increasing to the point of transition which I am not desiring now. However I could see myself as a feminine guy without issue. I just wish years ago I would have made more feminine male friends and morphed over. But right now I want to address the bothersome amount of time thinking about things sexually and want to get balance in my life.
You may want to investigate male chastity devices and cock banding which temporarily makes your penis numb and useless. There is good info on this site for banding and a lot of good info on male chastity at
www.chastitymansion.com . I banded last week and haven't orgasmed since. You lose interest when you can't really feel it. Elastrators work well but I use a different method.

Thanks Jessica. I don't think chastity is what I need. Just need to get mind focused on more things other than what my testicles like to think about. Including the overwhelming desire to eliminate them.
I try to imagine what life would be like if this portion was not so influenceial.

Mike it definitely sounds like you are castration material. Best thing to do is go with the chemical first for a few months. That will give you a good idea of what the physical will be like. You have very right in the world to determine how you want your body. You and you alone. Do whatever it takes to achieve you goal. You won't regret it. Just take it one step at a time and be patient. It will pay off.

I'm very glad I found this thread. I have struggled with a high libido for many years while my wife has a very low libido. Our marriage has been statistically sexless since the first year - e.g. less than 10 times per year. For the last 15 years 2 to 4 times a year and this year just once so far. I would love to shut down my sex drive.

Now its just a matter of trying to convince my doctor to reduce my hormone replacement therapy.

What are your T levels now? As long as you can level at a point that doesn't cause you unacceptable or uncomfortable side effects, why wouldn't she drop them for you? I presume you have talked to her about your miss matched libidos.

Maybe your wife could try female hormones to increase her sex drive to match yours or to meet you part way if your level is higher than you want it to be ? Then you wouldn t need to worry about feminization of your body.
Your one testicle sure did his job extra well to keep you so horny and virile since your first ball was lost !
I hope you are healing up fast by now.

My doctor finally agreed to reduce the artificial hormones. She does not want to eliminate them due to health issues such as bone density etc. But she is willing to reduce to a moderately low level.

My doctor is highly recommending a trial of lupon and see how it goes. I have always taken a lot of time for decisions and he says the only way to know is to try. My # 1 concern is becoming more lethargic than I am currently. I have always had issues with procrastination which my default is to keep my mind on sensual things and avoid things like balancing the check book etc.
