Getting the letter took me 5 years and 3 and a half therapists. The first two weren't too supportive, so I had to change. From my experience during this time I think your case will be even more difficult. Probably no therapist and legal surgeon will support the idea of castrating a healthy young male just because he wants bigger balls. I don't want to discourage you, but just to get a realistic view.

I will take T after the surgery. Just because too low T leads to health risks. Actually, I'm already on supplemental T due to the fact my natural T level is significantly below the normal range. Let me add that your idea of pushing the T level up is not too good. When your level is above the normal range it can lead to breast growth and other risks for your health. The hormone levels must always be monitored by an endocrinologist, otherwise hormone replacement can be dangerous.

Not because he wants bigger balls. But maybe because the precense of balls causes sufferage? And would it help that I'm gay, I heard doctors are more willing to castrate a gay guy then a straight one.

Yes you are right, too much t is also bad. But I don't think my t will be a source of problem in that regard because it will me monitored by a doctor.

Most drs will be very unwilling to castrate any man as young as you. Without a terrible medical need to de ball you, most drs will be afraid that you might change your mind and regret getting castrated and missing out on ever having kids or enjoying decades of sex pleasures from your balls and your natural testosterone.

man. Being gay will not make any difference probably. At least the sexual orientation never played a significant role during my sessions with the therapist.

What is more likely to play a big role is the following. I don't want to hurt your feelings, nevertheless reading your statements about your reasons for your desired modification make me feel it's more a thing of feeding a fantasy or even fetish, but nothing in regards of a gender dysphoria. A therapist will probably tell you that men have a great variety of ball size and that you should learn to accept your body as it is, simply because your balls are totally normal in size (supposed you don't have a Klinefelter syndrome or something else that may cause too small balls)

I am German, live in Germany (a difference!), but unfortunately not near Bremerhaven. I do not use the term "eunuch", but, like T van Keel, the term "non-binary". I underwent a bilateral testectomy in 2016 (abroad, completely outside the German health system, no therapists involved, paid by myself) including replacement by silicone implants. I had applied for a change of my birth certificate to "agender/diverse" in October 2018, an entry "diverse" became effective in January 2019. I have been taking a low to moderate dosage of estrogen since March 2017 and am currently trying to get a legal prescription for that. Getting a prescription for testosterone would be easy, but I will never again go that way.

I am currently involved in some regional political activism to increase the visibility of non-binary people.

I would be happy when a German(speaker) in the Netherlands. I was hoping that with specifying that I‘m searching for a German eunuch that someone from too far away to never meet would response.

Don t worry too much about all the different words and terms each man, eunuch, or whatever names each man prefers. No matter what you use, or say, it will apply to some men and not to others. No words or terms will satisfy all of the men and eunuchs who all have different ideas of their own. As long as you use words that other men can understand what you mean, you are doing great !

There are some men and eunuchs who do want to remain as masculine and sexually active and able as they can be. You sound like you are in that group. And lots of men and eunuchs do have brotherhood feelings for each other. Dad and son, older mentor and younger man, feminine and masculine males, and lovers are common feelings too. The list of different ideas is endless.

Just say your own thoughts and questions and don t feel you need to walk on egg shells to satisfy every possible idea or terminology out there. Just talk and say what applies the best to you and your own ideas and men can and will understand you clearly.
