The way the law is applied to men in divorce, with the vast number of false charges pursued where the accused must now "prove" the charges false, has tainted the entire system. It brings to question how many innocent individuals, for crimes unrelated, may be locked up in a system that no longer seeks true guilt or innocence, but rather seeks the perverted goals of an out of control totalitarian state. By deeming males, or a man "violent", he may be stripped of all rights his guns taken and DNA procured. Assest are seized and redistributed by the state also. (It would not be shocking, if while aquiring DNA, a virus or cancer inducing agent was introduced to the individual by the state)

A totlitarian authoritarian state does not need a legal system, or at least one the people support. Basically this is what we are working toward, and in a large part now have. The state could care less if you support it it not.

A dangerous predetor is not safe simply because they served a sentence or completed some classes. I do not want them in my community where the proven statistical risk of reoffense is well known. Castration is also proven to reduce the risk possed to society. Castration seems like an obvious option to reintroduce those suffering from criminal sexual idenities who have offended.

However, men and their testicles are sacred. Males seeking sexual gratification, and the females response is the basis of civilizations. Men must keep their urges or they can not be controlled. If castartion becomes open, accepted and a well known option, other men may chose this for themselves. Overnight, castration may become a simple surgical option for seemingly minor personal grievences. Once men fugure out they have been "castrated" in all other avenues of life regardless, why not? And now the entire system potentially collapses because half your male population would rather be "chill" than be pissed.

"Innocent until proven potent"..."All men and eunuchs are equal"(not really though)..."seperation from the church, plantation and state(good luck buddy)"....

These ideas could be the basis for a whole new country,
