He opened the scrotum first to take a biopsy of the right testicle and sent it to the lab and while he was waiting he opened the left scrotum and did an epidectomy removed the vasdefern a hydrocele and the nerve. When he got back the results from the patholigst he cut open my interlingua canel because the testicle was the size of a tennis ball he then removed 12 inches of something like a tube sock and everything inside that went to the prostate. 2 months later he had to remove the left testicle because of excruciating pain and it was still swollen the size of a tennis ball so he had to cut the scrotum because the testicle had grown into the scrotum and then he cut the interlingua canel open and removed everything to the prostate like the first time. Both times I need additional surgery because the surgical area skin died and rotted. The left side was the worst and I'm still healing and going to the wound clinic weekly for treatment.
