Have no chance to orgasm the last days and could be I generally can't get one anymore on 10mg/day.

It’s a very common side effect with SSRI, but after a a couple of weeks maybe the effect will disappear. I don’t don’t recommend taking any SSRI for its side effects.

Sertraline (Zoloft generic) is commonly prescribed to help treat PE from what I've read as one of it's listed side effects is delayed ejaculation.
