Call my PC doctor and requested a referral to an endocrinologist I can't deal with the hot flashes and feel I need a specialist to deal with this. Waiting to hear back from the doctor maybe will be by Monday

If you are taking T as you say their will be nothing endo can do to make them go away.

I understood that it is the fsh hormone from the pituarey gland that gives the hot flashes. It floods the blood trying to stimulate hormone production? I may be wrong

Just went through this. My Doc said the 200mg was the STARTING dose. They then ran labs at 6 weeks to see how far you overshoot "normal" and how much estadiol you build up to come up with your sustaining dosage. Mine got cut back to (you guessed it) 100mg.

200mg per week? Horrible too much!

Again, at least in my case, the starting dose of 200mg/week was ONLY for the first 5-6 weeks, and got adjusted down as appropriate based on the lab results taken at that interval. Will be getting another set of labs done in 6 weeks to see what it looks like with the adjusted dose.

I would expect that starting dose also be set based on body size as well. I am tall and close to 230 lbs.

TRT don't need a frontload!

This is absolute senseless and is pushing your E2 up and you don't get positive results.

Testosterone must be given every time in the correct dosage and the opposite would be correct... beginning with around 70mg/week.

If you have more bodymass, especcialy fat tissue, it is really more important not to overdose!

Sorry, but doctors mostly don't have knowlwdge about correct TRT and so on.

The way I feel right now I don't even want to take my testosterone injections I took 100 mg last Tuesday and haven't taken anything yet this week I just don't feel like it. I've had trouble with high estradiol and nothing has been done about it I've been trying to get into an endocrinologist but haven't heard anything from them and it's been weeks. Saw my PC and he gave me a referral form for an endocrinologist yesterday so I can try and find someone else to take me. Why doesn't trt feel like real t?

I took the 200 mg Monday I've been having migraines non stop and read that low t has something to do with it today the headache is getting better. I do have a problem with high sex binding hormone and have had low levels of free testosterone because of it also I converted t into e in high levels I don't know why but I hope seeing an endocrinologist will solve this.

You are whip-sawing your hormones all over the place with your irregular dosing, no wonder you are having so many problems! Cut it back to 100mg, per week and STICK with it for 5-6 weeks, then get tests run again. You need to find out what you feel like with a STABLE testosterone level first. If it still feels to high, then cut back and repeat for 5-6 weeks. But you are not going to be able to figure out what level works without letting it stabilize.
