I had my blood work results back today. Pretty much everything is okay. Liver health is good (I guess my body has coped with a rather excessive 100mg daily intake of Androcur for 9 months!).
The only thing which was flagged was Vitamin D levels. I'm at 21.1 nmol/L and it should be between 50-100 nmol/L. This isn't surprising as I've totally neglected to take my calcium/vitamin D tablets. But I've recently ordered some calcium citrate tables and I'll make sure I take those daily, like a good boy... girl? I dunno

I also had low Vitamin D levels until I went on Calcium/Vitamin D tablets daily. Now it's back in the normal range. I've gone a month on no drugs at all and T has gotten back into the low normal range. A five month supply of Estrofem arrives today and I can't wait to go back on it. Will finish off my testicles with CaCl2 in the next few weeks. I'm looking forward to castrate T levels and Estradiol dominance. Breasts have gotten a bit smaller so I'm anxious to resume their growth.

I just received my Estrofem and took the first pill. I hope my breasts resume growing soon and that my already low T drops dramatically.

Don't forget to take them sublingually. I'll be splitting mine and taking 2x 1mg sublingually daily

I've always taken them sublingually. I've thought about splitting the daily dose and taking twice per day, but I don't think there's much evidence that this makes a difference. It's surprising because Estradiol has a fairly short 1-2 hour) peak in blood concentration.

Hi,
I think we’re going to be pals lol
I also want to shrink my genitalia like you. I have read your 2018 diary and am fascinated with your progress.
May I ask how old you are and your approx weight? Just asking for dosage reasons, I assume height, weight and age have a bearing on how much of each drug you should take. Please PM me if you don’t want to put such details out in the public domain.
I think I will start as you did, androcur (tho in-house are currently out of stock) and maybe reboxetine or whatever that anti-depressant is called. I’ve read else where it is a good shrinker and may curb some of the distasteful mental effects of lowering T.
Thanks for your diary and good luck as it progresses.

I am now thinking that I may purchase some Estrofem 1mg tablets and take one a day instead of the tamoxifen.
I guess that this is quite a low dose (advice welcome - still doing my research), so that the feminising effects won't be happening too quickly if I change my mind.
If I like it I could up the dose, and if not it's back to the tamoxifen.

This seems a good collection of authoritative info from UCSF:

There's more here than most folks would ever care to read, but it is well indexed by small section so you can pick out what you need.
