To be quite honest - I have absolutely no idea!!!

They may be a little bit smaller, but the difference is marginal.

I do now have completely dry orgasms - not sure if that means anything.

That is fascinating Zebedee. So your Dr hasn't indicated there is a point when you will have permanently changed them? I would have thought they would know, or have an idea about that, and talked to you about it.

Spoke to my therapist about it the other day, who has a lot of experience with transgender patients and hormones, and it seems to be one of those things where everyone's different. (Like their reaction to castration in the first place.)

Being my shrink she of course wanted to know how I would feel about the effects becoming permanent... I made it quite clear that I would be very happy indeed!

I am sure not having to take drugs anymore would be a great outcome. As I mentioned on another thread, v each time I start again, the results are much quicker and at a lower dose, so I presume there is some long term effect.

Well hopefully in the not too distant future I'll have the advice of an endocrinologist, and I will of course pass on any useful information on this forum.

In the meantime I'll be sticking to the same dosage, as it seems to be doing the job nicely!

I'm glad to hear you haven't had any significant negative side effects. Having come off of the Androcur and Estradiol for several weeks, I've experienced the partial return of libido. Did the same thing last summer and went right back on Androcur because I realized how much I hated having a brain that could be dominated by uncontrolled and unwanted sexual thoughts.
