I definitely prefer the sac removed as when it was just empty it was a constant source of irritation and chaffing. Now that it is fully healed it feels so much better and I believe it actually looks good just being smooth beneath the penis.

I m wondering, since you are one of the few eunuchs on here to experience living with fake balls and with an empty sack, what problems did you have with your fake balls ? I m assuming you had large sized real testicles all of your life before your castration and that is why your dr put in a large pair of fake balls to give you the same impressive ball size you lived with before surgery. So, you were already used to having a big bulky, low hanging pair of nuts swinging around there. What went wrong with your fake pair ? And were your fake balls saline filled or solid mass prosthetics ? Do you think one of the other kinds of prosthetic balls would have worked differently or better for you ? What could the dr have done differently to make your prosthetic balls work better for you ?

I get a big kick out of your rancher/cave man do it yourself scrotum removal. Did the emergency room dr threaten you with a psychological evaluation for removing your own scrotum or hassle you about it ?

Yeah, I had 'adult large', solids, fitted to replace, what were my quite large real balls. This was done a few years after my castration, on the advise of my 'shrink' friend. My scrotum was quite small and scarred by that stage. The doc tried to do the job through one, midline incision. He didnt get one on each side, but both on the right. one above the other. It seems that they wernt in the capsule that supports my natural balls but in the outer skin. Wasnt so bad when cold, but when warm, the lower one was about 5 inches from my crutch and would get trapped when I sat, etc. Having to drag them from between my legs, adjust their position, when ever I sat down made me look a serial masturbator, at the least. It wasnt too hard to convince the doc that they needed to go. As an auto mechanic, I stand, walk, etc all day, so work wasnt a real issue, more social situations, they would drive me crazy. Oh yeah, the doc didnt 'trust' saline filled ones. The scrotum saga. Well that was supposed to go with the pros. The doctors well knew I was self managing my now even more scarred and irritated sack. So the hospital was told that I was isolating it with a rubber band and soothing it with a mini ice pack. I accidently left the band on too long, and it had died. It resulted in the large open wound that I describe. Although highly embarrasing, it was pretty empowering to cut it off.

Was your scrotum too scarred up and shrunk by then to get those prosthetic balls in both sides inner tunica sacks ? Maybe the inner tunica sack on each side was too torn up and scarred or shrunk to fit the fake balls inside. But I d think the outer scrotum skin might be more comfortable for holding the implants in than the inner tunicas since the outer sack has more room and is less shredded by castration than the inner tunica sack on each side. I guess it depends on if the lost inner tunica sacks of slick ball lube for the balls to move around in so easily as we move can get enough lubrication in the outer scrotum skin to slide around fully lubed up like our real balls are inside the inner tunicas sacks ?

Sounds like the dr was afraid the saline filled prosthetic testicles might leak and go flat. How was the feel and comfort of the solid fake balls ? Did they rub your scrotum as being too stiff and hard ? Or were they ok on the skin and smooth enough to be comfortable inside of your scrotum with no irritation to your skin ? Did they look and feel real to you ? Aside from both hanging on one side and stacked on top of each other lol. Was the feel and look like your real balls ? Or did it feel like you had golf balls in your crotch that felt foreign and not comfortable inside the scrotum ?

Your dr should have had you wearing jockstraps every day to hold up your low hangers. Some men love wearing every day jockstraps, some men hate wearing them daily.

I bet that scrotum banding still hurt a lot with all the nerves in your scrotum, even without balls ? Did your dr take all of your ball tubes and cords out during the castration ? Or did you still have some testicle tubing left in your scrotum when you banded it ? Glad to hear you got it professionally sewn up and you re happy with the final results.

The sack was pretty screwed up after I think about 8? surgerys. My balls were removed through my abdomen to take all the 'pipes and wires'. After the castration I had a haemotoma on my left side. It swelled up bigger than a tennis ball! I had to go under another general anes. I think that probably wrecked the tissue or what was left there. The upper ball was stuck in one position, but the lower one was very mobile. Neither would go into the inguinal canals. The outer sack was quite thin when warm. I could see the seam of the prosthetic? If they were better positioned, prosthetics look and feel very convincing, although they are hard and lack the epididymis. This is obvious on closer examination. Good to squeeze and pull them with impunity though? I rarely wear undies, and tried to, to support them. Found them too hot and restrictive. Doc had one guy's saline ball leak. the dude was very angry, thats why he wont use them. The banding was pretty extreme, had run out of options, couldnt face another summer with it. Below the band it went numb very quickly. It was above it where the tissue was bunched and it was being slowly cut through, was sore, though not as much as i thought it would be. When you think the circumference would total 14 inches!! I was pretty pumped though, past the point of no return. I wonder what would be like with balls in there, apparantly guys do. its a big wound to close. I knew when I did it, that a hospital trip was inevitable.

I prefer the much neater look. Not only that, but things are much more comfortable now that the scrotum is gone. No more sweaty and sticky times, especially in the summer times.

Another plus is that it is much easier to keep the hair shaved off.
