T Van Keel - Sensitive. Areas that are sensitive to me would be the same as they are on you, minus the genital material. IE the inside of the legs, the skin of (now) the entire crotch, What i have left is approximately the skin that would be at the margins of your penis and scrotum. The dorsal nerves were simply trucated back, and I can stimulate them and have an orgasm with ejaculation, as I still have a prostate. My urinary opening is also very sensitive. Someone performing oral sex on my and getting really deep in there with a tongue can sometimes make me orgasm.
Dekeldoh - no more sensitive to pain than anything else. I can say I've not got a problem. There is a roller coaster at my local amusement park where I sit in the seat and pressure is put right on my urinary opening. It has a "drop table" where the car comes to a stop then the track drop out from under you, with the accompanying push down into your seat. For me, that pressure is right on the opening. No problems here.

Also, when I spoke to Dr. Aguilar about nullification procedures, he said that he could transplant the glans (head of the penis) beneath the crotch skin so that you can retain the smooth look but have more sensitivity in that area. LoseThem mentioned that one nullo who had that procedure feels like it's too sensitive down there now, but this sounds like a case of YMMV.

Thanks for the explanation, LT. That sounds not too difficult. I thought it would need something like stimulation of the prostate, but if that isn't necessary, is even better.
In fact, I wonder if I should keep some part of the glans under the skin, as mentioned above. But I'm not sure if it would be of any use in my case, as I have difficulty to orgasm by stimulating the glans only. Sometimes it's not good to have several options for the surgery...

That particular nullo voiced very strongly it's driving him crazy and he wishes he hadn't done it. Still, every guy will be different.
I think you should have no fear in simply having your penis amputated, glans and all. While nothing is 100% certain, I've only ever run into one nullo out of the many I know, who says he can't have orgasms anymore. I'd guess there's an up to 5% chance of that becoming reality for a man who loses his penis, but generally I'd look at the 95% positive side.

Just to be curious, was that nullification done by Dr. Davis? I just ask because he is advertising to create that kind of "fun zone".
In fact, I mostly tend to choose the complete removal of the penis. Everything else would be some kind of going just the half way.

Yes, it was done by the doctor. I think he should consult with his previous patient to hear how it's working for him. I'm not sure if Dr. Davis has done it for anyone else though. I'll reach out to the particular patient I was thinking of, and see if he'd like to post-op consult with the doctor to educate him.

In theory Dr Davis idea doesn't sound bad. It would be interesting if any other nullos face the same problems.
In regards of the guy you mentioned I think it should be no big deal to remove the glans to solve the issue and become free of the unwanted sensations.

This is an interesting thread as I'm going through the same things. I've scheduled a consult with a surgeon in NY, scheduled an appointment with a therapist for my 1 required letter, and sent in the financial paperwork to the hospital. I am 50 but have always considered myself asexual (probably not a PC word anymore) and not interested in sex. I do like the company of other men but just don't care about sex. I'm going to explore being a bottom just to explore as I've never done it yet, even at my age. I'm thinking my full nullification surgery could happen yet this year. I do like the look down there as well and really don't think I will miss orgasms as they aren't a big deal now. I'm so excited to think about all the changes and what it will do in my life.

If you're interested in this topic I'd suggest reading the book Meet Tommy by the late Shannon Larratt of BME (
http://www.zentastic.com/pdf/meet-tommy-ebook.pdf free PDF on his website). It's mentioned somewhere in there that people into body modification tend to either focus exclusively on the genitals, or exclusively on the rest of the body, but rarely both. Sexual modification vs aesthetic modification, in a way.

I downloaded it sometime back. If you have a interest in body mods it is a good look at the vast types of mods some people have.
Reading it gives me flashbacks to when I first found the original B.M.E site years ago. Till then I hadn't seen real photos of castrated and nullified men.
