surgical castration plus bicalutamide and spironolactone . on the other side it would be better surgical castration plus penectomy

There's no reliable pharmacological way of suppressing erections. Research has been done on this for men who have surgery on their penis to stop erections causing pain or opening stitches and the most promising drug proved to be no better than placebo. Different drugs have that effect on some men - I'm sure many of you have read the story of the man given Lupron to stop his ceaseless adultery and is satisfied that even when the desire takes him now, which isn't often, he can't get hard - but there's no single drug that will have that effect on everyone.

One radical approach would be to get a penile implant. If you work it correct you can get insurance to cover it. Then you can choose to not inflate the device and you will not be able to get any kind of natural boner. This I know from experience. If that not good enough then complain about pain and insist it be removed. You will be left with a dick with no internals. When the scar tissue forms, your dick will shrink to about 1 inch with no possibility of erection even with drugs or injections.

I can't remember the drug name, to subdue my sexual urges, but it was given to me, and made my life miserable. I had constant cramps in my legs, the fetal position was almost the norm for sleeping. Tired, somewhat withdrawn.
Definitely don't want that again. I think it was given by injection, followed by a script for pills. Its been a long time, too long to remember.
Any new desires to reach my goal, has to be without all that crap.
While having my testicles and penis surgically removed sounds like a grand idea, I think I would really enjoy watching them melt away.
My testicles are rather large, even straight men have mentioned it. They get in my way a lot. Plus the fact I am usually horny, they are demanding attention, which must include some torture to please them. Sometimes a few times a day. My penis has lost some size on its own, not sure why. I was a nice size about 2 years ago. Only on normal types of meds, nothing aimed at controlling sexual issues. I find I am liking that, if I could only help it along. Then, melt those intrusive boulders and leave just an empty sack hopefully to be removed thereafter.

There are a lot of alternative drugs that can suppress sexual urges. You just need to find one that works for you. I tried Androcur and it worked well enough to convince me that life without a sex drive was wonderful. There were side effects that I didn't like, including shortness of breath and frequent nocturnal urination, so after a few months I injected CaCl2 and that has almost completely killed my testicles and left me in a much happier state (with assistance from estradiol and progesterone).
