The stretched length of my penis (I don't get hard any more) has dropped from 4 3/4" to 4 1/2" since my last post in September. I did a second CaCl2 injection a month ago and that, coupled with Estradiol, seem to be having a more rapid effect. Now that my balls are shrinking to small hard lumps they're retracting into my body, letting my now very thin penis hang almost straight down. I'm looking more and more like I've been castrated. From a functional standpoint I'm already a eunuch. It's all fantastic!

For someone like me, that is just low on T (right now 130 and still dropping in numbers after CaCl2 injections) also not on any medication or hormones, can i expect any shrinkage? i am 7" when hard, though it takes a lot of effort. i plan to not use it, not to stimulate it i would like get my penis under 4". i have no idea on what would be the time frame to achieve that or if it can be done? any advice welcomed.

Mine went from 6" erect to 2" boy clit in about 15 months. This was brought about by castration, ineffective TRT and more recently by estrogen. I underwent a steady decline in sexual ability after my castration until I was no longer able to get hard enough for penetration. At this point I switched to estrogen and this accelerated penis shrinkage to give me what I have now.

So glad my wife insisted on my castration for peace and the end of sex for us. Not sure if a submissive female will be attracted to me as being her master, but that works for me. We have not found a doc that would permit her in participating in my castration by at least cutting my tubes and taking my balls home only to be incinerated in the self cleaning cycle of our stove. I hope to have my ball and sack burned into ashes so I can fill a pendent for my Goddess as a reminder for my bride on the sins of testosterone and relinquish masculinity in favor of forward thinking female supremacy. Effect on penis. So I didn’t take any T from Nov thru about 2 weeks ago. I wasn’t getting erection at night nor when I tried. Only got partial ones. Now that I took shot of T again I’m getting erections but now my penis is curved over to the right and it kinda hurts. Is this from lack of use?

Wondering how your journey progressed so far, 2 years hence.

For the very purpose of shrinking my penis, I put myself on Androcur & Tamoxifen. (That journey was posted here under my prior identity HKEUNUCH.) I managed to get to no erections on a lower dose of 25mg Androcur and 10 mg Tamoxifen. After an on-and-off regiment over 4 years, I stopped Androcur, and switched to Raloxifene. My penis went from 5.5" to 4". And now, more than 10 years since my last dose of Androcur, penis and balls remained that small. In fact, especially my balls seem to continue to shrink, now to pea size.

Since I started taking TRT gel, to treat my osteopenia, I have gotten hard-ons at times. And I too experience pain. It feels like the blood is trying to burst through the shrunken penis skin, especially at the glans.

When I cum, just basically oozing out clear fluid, often my shriveled testes ache afterwards. Probably they are no longer used to the muscular contraction of trying to eject out sperm, even though I have no sperm any more since my chemical castration.

Update:

End of 2019 i was down to 5.75" and stuck there. this was all from having low T after CaCl2 shots.

In June 2020 i had inguinal bilateral orchectomy. I took my first four T shots, but then stopped. My hardons are gone. If i stimulate it gets only semi-hard. Today i measure just 5". Lack of nightly erections seems to make a difference. Is there anything else that would help or accelerate the process of shrinking for a castrated man? estrogens? I want to be under 4" and permanently limp.

Penis shrinkage is not a direct result of lack of testosterone, but rather from a lack of use. Long term absence of an erection results in muscle and tissue atrophy as well as blood vessel stenosis. I went for as little as six months without an erection and shrinkage was substantial. I went from about 3.5” flaccid to a one inch “nub”. It took an expensive course of treatment to get the little fellow back to normal.
