No hormones taken for almost 2 years after castration. I forget the actual time frame but it was between 18 and 24 months. During that time with no testes producing

"T" I didn't notice breast growth thankfully. But after realization of loss of energy, strength and stamina I did begin taking "E". It was not my intention to have breast growth

but over time they did develop. Much like cutnbulls2ox described in the beginning. At the time I was not around people much so didn't pay attention to that small growth in the beginning.

As they continued to grow they would begin to bounce and get in the way of my physical activities. I never bothered with them until back around people and removing a shirt to cool off

after helping some folks dig some holes for a new septic tank. They commented on what they saw and I was required to put a shirt back on due to children present. To be honest, I never considered it at that time. Made no changes to the hormones I took and breasts continued to grow. Society required me to cover up in public. While there may be those who desire the breast growth it was not mine. Breasts are associated with women and that was never my goal. I've excepted it over time and now it is just part of me. While I consider myself eunuch society considers me what they see. Which is fine. I know who and what I am and I live for me, not others.

Been on TRT since my castration (Dr. mandate) and have had some breast development. Reading the papers that come with the TRT prescription, they always state that gynecomastia may develop with usage. I have always wondered since reading that why natural testosterone from your balls does not also make some breast development possible. I finally realized that "Old men" I have seen while on cruises (them in swimming) have noticeable breast development, not the nipples but the chest area. Probably from lack of testosterone due to age and the body using what estrogen is secreted?

Oh, and my breasts are nice feeling when I massage them.

As an afterthought, I have been ballless now for 13 years this month. Love it.

I hated it ! Nipples doubled in width, turned redder in color, hurt like a bruise about 1 inch deep under both nipples. Had to get mammograms to make sure it wasn t male breast cancer. As a 12 yo boy the only sign of puberty I showed was breast growth. I was at boarding school so keeping it hidden was impossible! Whilst other boys started growing hair around there ever growing cocks, I just stayed looking like a little boy with breast buds. The only other boys who looked similar were 2 chubby boys. I was small and very skinny. I remember telling one friend I was about to become very fat. I could not understand what was happening to my body. They never went away and have been a life long burden. Only now at age 55 do I have a similar physic to most men. I would not wish gynecomastia on any 12yo boy.
