Very disconcerted, lost my balls to orchitis at 24. Am a straight male wanting to be masculine and trying to adapt to a new life as a eunuch

Over 5 years now wish i did it earlier, very happy on a enough doses of hrt to keep strength up because of my work.if i had a easier job i most probably would use ant hrt.(the readdon for me to get castrated was to lower or stop my testosterone)

Over five years now for me. I am very pleased with my surgery, like my “new” body and am under my urologist’s regular care to monitor my health. So far, everything is good for me.

Just shy of 3 years now, and I could not be happier with the decision I made to get rid of those parts that didn't belong there. Mine was done in a hospital, and I still remember the feeling as my partner was driving me away from the hospital--seeing men walking across the parking lot, and realizing "I will never again be like THEM." My only complaint is that I need to get rid of the rest of the tissues hanging out there!

One and a half years without balls, the best thing I ever wanted. I would never want them back, I wish I would have known much earlier that it is possible. Now I'm looking for a place to get the scrotum out.

I feel the same about the result of my castration, and only wish it had happened long ago. I too am seeking a plastic surgeon to remove my empty scrotum.

Over two years now and like many I would neverchoose to have my balls back. Looking forward to having my scrotum excised in just a few weeks. Eunuch no longer on testosterone therapy and loving life.

It warms my heart to hear how happy u all are with ur castrations. Helps me to know that the life I want truly is waiting for me on the other side of that snip, and I don't need to fear disappointment in the results. I think of how great it must feel to wake up everyday in the body u belong in, to be able to reach down and not feel balls between ur legs, and look in the mirror at the proud neutered man you've finally become. Someday this will be my life and we'll all be eunuch brothers. I am so thankful to have found a family here among u guys. You've all taught me so much about myself, about who I am and always have been, and who I'm meant to be. I've learned to accept these undeniable truths, and become so much happier because of it. Thank u all for giving me that. You are all so very lucky and I can't wait to join u very soon.

Coming up on 10 year anniversary. No regrets. Got the result I wanted - zero libido. No TRT for me. Testosterone is like poison for me.

5 years this week and absolutely no regrets at all! Would do it all over again!
