You didn't share what the reason was for "everything fell through" If it was a medically necessary reason given my your health care providers look into correcting the issues. If they simply had a change of heart on philosophical reason don't despair. Simply look to another health care provider. Since you had prostate cancer and it was removed as a result it is reasonable to the medical community that the "C" could easily return in the same system. Even Angeli Jolie had breasts removed as a precaution due to family and self cancer markers. SO don't be frustrated. Just look elsewhere and follow your desires.

No, at the moment it is not medically necessary. I chose castration by an unconventional route. So, maybe it was for the best. Looks like I am back to the chemical route.
